Getting control over our thoughts
Let God remake the way you think from the inside out, until His good and pleasing and perfect way becomes your way. Romans 12:2, paraphrase

Being still, quiet, and taking thoughts captive
Tear down arguments and every proud obstacle raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:5, paraphrase

Pursuing peace
Turn from evil and do good. Look for peace and chase after it. Psalm 34:14, paraphrase

Peace of mind
